• Labi ei ole vuokravarasto, joten säilytä labilla vain projekteja, joita oikeasti teet. Vie epäaktiiviset projektit muualle.

• Kuukausimaksua maksavien jäsenten on lupa säilyttää labilla yhtä muovilaatikkoa. Laatikon päädyssä tulee lukea jäsenen nimi selvästi. Standardilaatikko on SmartStore Classic 15 (kuva alla), joita voi ostaa esimerkiksi monista marketeista. Laatikkoon on selvästi merkittävä omistajan nimi ja yhteystieto, jolla omistajan saa kiinni (esim. sähköposti tai puhelinnumero).

• Tavaroita ja projekteja säilytetään varastossa, ei käytävillä tai askartelutiloissa! Jos projektisi ei mahdu varastoon tai sinulla on erikoisempia säilytystarpeita, pyydä hallitukselta etukäteen poikkeuslupa.

• Laatikon ulkopuolella väliaikaisessa säilytyksessä olevat esineet tulee varustaa nimellä ja parasta ennen -päivällä. Parasta ennen -päivä on päivä, jolloin projekti arviosi mukaan valmistuu ja viet sen pois, kuukauden tarkkuudella. Jos esineessä ei ole nimeä tai parasta ennen -päivä on mennyt ohi, se oletetaan bonkiksi ja voidaan viedä pois tai ottaa toisen jäsenen käyttöön. Käytä kuitenkin järkeä juuri vanhentuneiden säilytysten kanssa, sillä unohtaminen on inhimillistä.

• Älä laita hyllyyn muovipusseja, irtonaisia pikkuesineitä, vaatteita jne. Laita tavarat muovi- tai edes pahvilaatikkoon niin, että sitä pystyy siirtämään tarvittaessa helposti. Älä säilytä lattialla mitään, mikä mahtuu hyllyyn.

• Materiaalit (esim. vanerilevyt ja puupalikat) eivät ole poikkeus näistä. Jos et merkitse niitä asianmukaisesti, ne ovat vapaasti muidenkin käytettävissä. Jos et halua viedä materiaaleja pois, poista niistä nimesi ja vie asianmukaiseen materiaalihyllyyn, näin vapaa materiaalikin on selkeästi tunnistettavissa.

• Tampere Hacklab ry ei vastaa säilytettävien tavaroiden vahingoittumisesta tai häviämisestä Hacklabin tiloissa.

Tilankäyttöoikeuden omaavat jäsenet voivat vuokrata labilta säilytystilaa keskeneräisille projekteille lisämaksua vastaan (hinnat 07/2021):

• Rullakko tai lavapaikka 20 €/kk (isossa varastotilassa)
• Projektihylly 10 €/kk (Smartstore-hyllyjä vastapaatä sijaitsevat hyllyt)
• Lukollinen kaappi 10 €/kk (sijaitsee eteisaulassa)
• Työtila 15 €/m2/kk (tai erillisen sopimuksen mukaan)

Lisätietoja vapaista säilytystiloista voi kysellä sähköpostitse info@tampere.hacklab.fi tai yhdistyksen pikaviestimissä. Lyhytaikaisen lisätilan tarpeen voi maksaa korkeampana tilankäyttömaksuna normaalin tilankäyttömaksun yhteydessä tai Zettlellä siten, että säilytystilan yhteyteen tulostaa näkyvälle paikalle kuitin suoritetusta maksusta. Vuokratun tilan yhteyteen tulee selkeästi merkitä vuokraajan nimi tai tunnettu nimimerkki ja sähköpostiosoite, josta vuokraajan tavoittaa.

• Vuokraajalle saatetaan antaa 1 kuukausi aikaa korjata tilanne tai mahdollisuus sopia asiasta hallituksen kanssa. Tämä kuukausi sisältää mahdollisuuden tyhjentää tila omista tavaroista.

• Jos maksut puuttuvat kahdelta kuukaudelta, tila voidaan ilmoituksen jälkeen tyhjentää ja se voidaan vuokrata seuraavalle. Tilaan mahdollisesti jätetty tavara hävitetään tarvittaessa vuokraajan kustannuksella. Siivouksesta laskutetaan 100 € kertaveloitus.

Labilla on vapaasti jäsenten käytettävissä lukuisa määrä erilaisia materiaaleja kuten puuta, akryyliä, metalleja, kemikaaleja ja ruuveja. “Jos tavarassa ei nimeä ole, se vapaata riistaa on”. Toki järkeä pitää tässäkin suhteessa käyttää. Kysyvä ei tieltä eksy.

Jos projektistasi jää käyttökelpoisia materiaaleja tai osia yli, jätä ne mieluusti labille muiden käyttöön.

Loungen ja elektroniikkapajan välisen käytävän hyllyltä löytyy laatikoita mm. seuraavien varastointiin:

Jos materiaalissa on nimi, se on jonkun jäsenen omaisuutta. Kysy kyseiseltä jäseneltä, voiko sitä käyttää. Jos parasta ennen -päivä on mennyt ohi tai se puuttuu, materiaalia saa käyttää (arvokkaammista materiaaleista on kohteliasta kysyä silti ensin omistajalta). Merkitse omiin materiaaleihisi nimesi ja parasta ennen -päivä, tai muuten niiden oletetaan olevan vapaasti käytettävissä.

Jos materiaalissa on hinta, se on maksullista. Esimerkiksi laserleikkurikäyttöön sopivat vanerilevyt maksavat, ja niitä myy hacklabin tiloissa toimiva A-Mekanisaatio Oy https://www.mekanisaatio.fi/.

• The Lab is not a rental warehouse, so just keep the lab projects that you're actually doing. Take inactive projects elsewhere.

• Members paying a monthly access fee are allowed to store one plastic box at the lab. At the end of the box, the name of the member should be clearly read. The standard box is the SmartStore Classic 15 (picture below) that can be bought from many supermarkets, for example. The name of the owner and contact information to catch the owner (e.g. e-mail or telephone number) must be clearly marked in the box.

• Goods and projects are stored in storage, not in corridors or workspaces! If your project does not fit into storage or has more special storage needs, ask the board for an exemption in advance.

• Items in temporary storage outside the box should be equipped with a name and a Best Before date. The Best Before Day is the day when your project is estimated to be completed and taken away, within one month of accuracy. If an object does not have a name or a Best Before date has passed, it is assumed to be donated “bonkki” and taken away or used by another member. However, use reason with outdated storage, as forgetting is human.

• Don't put plastic bags, loose little items, clothes etc. on the shelf. Put the items in a plastic or even cardboard box so that it can be moved easily if necessary. Don't keep anything on the floor that fits on the shelf.

• Materials (e.g. sheets of plywood and wood blocks) are no exception to these. If you do not label them properly, they are freely available to others. If you do not want to remove materials, remove your name from them and take to an appropriate material shelf, this is how free material is clearly identifiable.

• Tampere Hacklab ry is not responsible for damage to stored goods or loss in Hacklab premises.

Members paying a monthly access fee can rent storage space for unfinished projects from the lab for an additional fee (prices 07/2021):

• Roller or pallet seat 20 €/month (in a large storage space)
• Project shelf 10 €/month (Smartstore shelves opposite pole)
• Locking cabinet 10 €/month (located in foyer)
• Workspace 15 €/m2/month (or by separate agreement)

For more information about free storage spaces, please contact info@tampere.hacklab.fi or in the association's Matrix chat channels. The need for a short-term additional space can be paid as a higher access fee when paying the monthly access fee or SumUp in such a way that a receipt is printed in a visible place in a visible place for a receipt. The name of the rental holder or a known nickname and e-mail address/phone must clearly be marked in connection with the rented space.

• The renter may be given 1 month to rectify the situation or the opportunity to agree with the board. This month includes the possibility to empty the space of its own items.

• If payments are missing for two months, the space may be cleared after notification and can be rented to the next. Any items left in the space will be disposed of at the rental price, if necessary. A single charge of 100 € is billed for cleaning.

The Lab freely has a number of different materials available to members, such as wood, acrylic, metals, chemicals and screws. “If there is no name in the goods, free game is.” Of course, it should be used in this regard. The questioner doesn't get lost in the road.

If your project is left over useful materials or parts, please leave them to the lab for others.

The corridor shelf between the lounge and electronics workshop contains boxes for storing:

Own and paid materials

If there is a name in the material, it is the property of any member. Ask that member if it can be used. If the best-before date has passed or is missing, the material may be used (it is still polite to ask the owner for more valuable materials). Mark your names and best before date in your own materials, or otherwise they will be freely available.

If the material has a price, it is paid. For example, plastic cutting machines cost metals, which are sold by A-Mekanisaatio Oy, which operates in the premises of hacklab, https://www.mekanisaatio.fi/.
