 +  *  Labi ei ole vuokravarasto, joten säilytä labilla vain projekteja, joita oikeasti teet. Vie epäaktiiviset projektit muualle.

 +  *  Kuukausimaksua maksavien jäsenten on lupa säilyttää labilla **yhtä muovilaatikkoa**. Laatikon päädyssä tulee lukea jäsenen nimi selvästi. Standardilaatikko on //SmartStore Classic 15// (kuva alla), joita voi ostaa esimerkiksi monista marketeista. Laatikkoon on selvästi merkittävä omistajan nimi ja yhteystieto, jolla omistajan saa kiinni (esim. sähköposti tai puhelinnumero).

 +====== Vuokrattava säilytystila ======

 +Tilankäyttöoikeuden omaavat jäsenet voivat vuokrata labilta säilytystilaa keskeneräisille projekteille lisämaksua vastaan (hinnat 07/2021):
 +  * Rullakko tai lavapaikka 20 €/kk (isossa varastotilassa)
 +  * Projektihylly 10 €/kk (Smartstore-hyllyjä vastapaatä sijaitsevat hyllyt)
 +  * Lukollinen kaappi 10 €/kk (sijaitsee eteisaulassa)
 +  * Työtila 15 €/m2/kk (tai erillisen sopimuksen mukaan)

 +===== Mitä tehdään kun maksut jäävät rästiin? =====

 +  * Vuokraajalle saatetaan antaa 1 kuukausi aikaa korjata tilanne tai mahdollisuus sopia asiasta hallituksen kanssa. Tämä kuukausi sisältää mahdollisuuden tyhjentää tila omista tavaroista.

 +  * Jos maksut puuttuvat kahdelta kuukaudelta, tila voidaan ilmoituksen jälkeen tyhjentää ja se voidaan vuokrata seuraavalle. Tilaan mahdollisesti jätetty tavara hävitetään tarvittaessa vuokraajan kustannuksella. Siivouksesta laskutetaan 100 € kertaveloitus.

 +Labilla on vapaasti jäsenten käytettävissä lukuisa määrä erilaisia materiaaleja kuten puuta, akryyliä, metalleja, kemikaaleja ja ruuveja. "Jos tavarassa ei nimeä ole, se vapaata riistaa on". Toki järkeä pitää tässäkin suhteessa käyttää. Kysyvä ei tieltä eksy.

 +===== Omat ja maksulliset materiaalit =====

 +Jos materiaalissa on nimi, se on jonkun jäsenen omaisuutta. Kysy kyseiseltä jäseneltä, voiko sitä käyttää. Jos parasta ennen -päivä on mennyt ohi tai se puuttuu, materiaalia saa käyttää (arvokkaammista materiaaleista on kohteliasta kysyä silti ensin omistajalta). Merkitse omiin materiaaleihisi nimesi ja parasta ennen -päivä, tai muuten niiden oletetaan olevan vapaasti käytettävissä.

 +====== Storage of goods in the Lab ======

 +   * The Lab is not a rental warehouse, so just keep the lab projects that you're actually doing. Take inactive projects elsewhere.

 +   *     Members paying a monthly access fee are allowed to store **one plastic box** at the lab. At the end of the box, the name of the member should be clearly read. The standard box is the **SmartStore Classic 15** (picture below) that can be bought from many supermarkets, for example. The name of the owner and contact information to catch the owner (e.g. e-mail or telephone number) must be clearly marked in the box.

 +Members paying a monthly access fee can rent storage space for unfinished projects from the lab for an additional fee (prices 07/2021):

 +   *  The renter may be given 1 month to rectify the situation or the opportunity to agree with the board. This month includes the possibility to empty the space of its own items.

 +   *     If payments are missing for two months, the space may be cleared after notification and can be rented to the next. Any items left in the space will be disposed of at the rental price, if necessary. A single charge of 100 € is billed for cleaning.

 +If there is a name in the material, it is the property of any member. Ask that member if it can be used. If the best-before date has passed or is missing, the material may be used (it is still polite to ask the owner for more valuable materials). Mark your names and best before date in your own materials, or otherwise they will be freely available.
