Voit laittaa pienen määrän omia ruokia ja juomia jääkaappiin astianpesukoneen viereen, kunhan niihin on lisätty etiketti, jossa on nimi ja parasta ennen -päiväys. Jääkaappi on pieni, joten käytä sitä vain väliaikaiseen säilytykseen. Muistathan ystävällisyyden nimissä muita jäseniä kohtaan poistaa tavarasi parasta ennen -päivämäärän jälkeen ja ennen kuin niistä tulee tiedeprojekti. Pilaantuneet tavarat hävitetään armotta. Jääkaappi tyhjennetään kokonaan jokaisen kuukausittaisen yhteisön kokouksen jälkeen, ja kaikki henkilökohtaiset tavarat hävitetään.

Jääkaapista voi ostaa limppareita ja mahdollisesti muita tuotteita. Hinnasto on ovessa.

Limsan varastointi toimii kuten muukin arvokkaampi kulutustavara labilla. Mikäli huomaat limun loppuneen jääkaapista, olet vapaa hankkimaan lisää. Kulut korvataan nimettyä kuittia vastaan laskuttamalla yhdistystä. Suosi sähköisiä tapoja kuitin toimittamiseen.

Juomat maksetaan hyllyssä olevaan puiseen rahalippaaseen käteisellä, SumUp-maksupäätteeseen kortilla (small white card terminal) tai ns. miinuspiikistä

Jääkaapissa säilytetään vain elintarvikkeita!

Kolikkojen käytön vähentämiseksi voit maksaa etukäteen juomia. Jääkaapissa on lista, johon merkitään nimi, ostetut juomat ja etukäteen maksettu summa. Ostetut juomat (euroina) merkitään Tukkimiehen kirjanpidolla.

Yhteisömiitissä olemme päättäneet että juomat tulee aina maksaa etukäteen – velaksi ei juoda.

Keittiöetiketin mukaiseen astioiden pesemiseen astianpesukone on hyödyllinen väline. Yksittäisten astioiden peseminen astianpesukoneella ei kuitenkaan ole ekologista, eikä millään tavalla järkevää. Astianpesukonetta tulee siis käyttää järkevästi.

1. Tarkista onko astianpesukoneessa puhtaita astioita
   • Jos puhtaita
     • Suljetaan astianpesukoneen hana
     • Nostetaan astiat kaappiin
     • Käännetään kyltti likaisia asentoon
2. Likaiset astiat laitetaan astianpesukoneeseen
3. Jos astian pesukone tuli täyteen käynnistetään astianpesukone
   • Avaa astianpesukoneen hana
   • Käännetään kyltti puhtaita asentoon
4. Koneen suoritettua pesun palaa kohtaan yksi

Keittiön laitteet ovat liitettynä aikakatkaisun piiriin. Mikäli keittiön laitteet eivät toimi tulee keittiön seinässä olevasta napista painaa päälle puolentunnin ajastus.

You can put a small amount of your own food and drinks in the refrigerator next to the dishwasher, as long as they have a label added to them displaying a name and Best Before date. The refrigerator is small, so use it only for temporary storage. In kindness to other members, please remember to remove your items after the Best Before date and before it becomes a science project. Spoiled items will be discarded without mercy. A full refrigerator clean-out happens after each monthly community meeting and all personal items are discarded.

You can buy some drinks and maybe other products in the fridge. The prices are on the door.

Soda storage works like other more valuable consumer goods in the Lab. If you find that the soda runs out of the fridge, you are free to get more. Expenses will be reimbursed against a designated receipt by billing the association. Electronic delivery of the receipt is prefered, such as a pdf sent by email. Remember to put your name on the receipt.

Drinks are paid by adding coins to the wooden cash box on the shelf, by card with the small white SumUp payment terminal, or by deducting from your prepaid tally.

Only beverages and food are stored in the refrigerator!

To reduce the use of coins, you can pay for drinks in advance. The refrigerator contains a list of names and prepaid amounts. Purchased drinks (in euro) are entered yourself by deducting from your prepaid tally.

At community meetings, we have decided that drinks should always be paid in advance – not after drinking.

For washing dishes according to kitchen etiquette, the dishwasher is a useful tool. However, washing individual dishes with a dishwasher is not ecological, and in no way sensible. The dishwasher should be used sensibly.

1. Check if there are clean dishes in the dishwasher
   • If clean
     • Close dishwasher valve
     • Lift dishes into a cupboard
     • Turn the sign into the dirty position
2. Put dirty dishes in the dishwasher
3. If the dishwasher is full, start the dishwasher
   • Open dishwasher valve
   • Turn the sign to the clean position
4. After the machine is done, repeat from step 1.

The kitchen equipment is connected to a timer. If the kitchen appliances do not work, press the button on the kitchen wall to start the time of half an hour.
